Bank Transfer

Payment is done with bank transfer.
You will receive by mail the exact import to pay and all the details to proceed with the Bank transfer (when checking the order status, it will change from "PENDING" to "AWAITING PAYMENT").
That's why we invite you to not make any payment until contacted by our customer service.

 NOTE: Order processing AND shipping will be done ONLY AFTER receiving the payment. No exceptions.

Credit Card

You can pay for your products using your Visa or Mastercard credit card.
thatsitaly.com uses GestPay, the e-commerce tool of Banca Sella certified by Verisign, for all transactions involving credit card use.
You will be redirected, after order confirmation, to the payment page of Banca Sella, where you will be prompted to insert your credit card number. As additional guarantee, you will then be redirected to the issuing company's internet site of your credit card to enable the transaction to thatsitaly.com.

NOTE: Your credit card will not be billed immediately, but only when the products you have purchased are ready to be shipped.

Communication between your browser and the bank server is secured under a 128 bit strong encription SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate, to avoid any outern interference between the merchant and the bank.
Products can only be purchased by the credit card owner, and his/her name and address must be the same of the person whom products are shipped to. It is also necessary to give a valid phone number.

Banca Sella uses "Verified by Visa" and "MasterCard SecureCode" technologies in order to avoid the use of false or expired credit cards, that verifies also the credit card is able to cover the amount to pay.

NOTE: Use of a not valid credit card will first be noticed to the credit card owner, and if it's the case, will be immediately reported to the competent authority and prosecuted to the full extents of law.
